Ordering
How do I order from Laleliloo?
Order on laleliloo.com, pick pickup or delivery, and pay with GCash or cash. You can also order on Grab or Foodpanda, or message us on Instagram or Facebook.
Can I order ahead for a later date?
Yes. Choose "Schedule for later" at checkout and pick a date and time. Whole cheesecakes need 1 day notice.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can't be edited in the app. Message us as soon as possible with your order reference and we'll do our best to help.
How do I track my order?
Open the Orders tab and enter your mobile number or order reference. Recent orders on your phone show there too. Track an order.
Delivery and pickup
Do you deliver in Baguio City?
Yes, anywhere in Baguio City. Delivery fee depends on your area.
Where do I pick up my order?
At 41 San Luis Village, Baguio City. We'll message you when it's ready.
Is Laleliloo on Grab and Foodpanda?
Yes, you'll find us on both. Prices are lower and rewards apply when you order on laleliloo.com.
Can you deliver to my hotel or transient house?
Yes. Choose delivery and add your hotel or transient name and room in the notes.
What are your hours?
Monday to Saturday, 11am to 11pm; Sunday, 11am to 11pm.
Payment
How can I pay?
GCash (scan our QR code at checkout), or cash on pickup or delivery for orders up to ₱1,000. Grab and Foodpanda take their usual payment options.
Do you issue official receipts?
Yes. Laleliloo is a BIR-registered business.
Products and storage
How long do brownies last at room temperature?
Up to 7 days in the sealed pack, away from heat and sun.
How long do brownies last in the fridge?
Up to 14 days. Warm one for about 10 seconds before eating for a just-baked feel or simply eat it from the refrigerator.
How do I store burnt basque cheesecake?
Keep it in the fridge for up to 10 days.
Do you have oat milk?
Yes.
Pasalubong
What's good food pasalubong from Baguio?
The classics are ube jam, strawberry jam, peanut brittle and lengua de gato. For something different, our Baguio Brownie Box is individually wrapped and built for the trip home. See pasalubong boxes.
Can I bring your brownies on the bus to Manila?
Yes. Each brownie is sealed and the box is sturdy. Keep it out of direct sun. Cheesecake needs the fridge, so we don't recommend it for long trips.
Events and bulk orders
Do you do catering or coffee carts for events?
Yes: coffee and pastry carts, dessert tables and giveaways for weddings, birthdays, offices and launches in Baguio. See event carts.
Can I order brownies in bulk for giveaways?
Yes. Brownies are individually packed, and the packaging can be customized for your brand. A custom sticker on our standard pack has no minimum and needs 2 days' notice. For printed sleeves or fully custom boxes, the minimum order depends on the design.
Rewards
How does the scratch card work?
You get one scratch card per receipt. Scratch it to reveal a voucher code, then enter it at checkout on the Laleliloo web app. How the promo works.
How long is my voucher valid?
7 days. Codes are single-use, one per order, web app only, and can't be combined with other promos.
